House in the village of Massarosa, 10 km from the best beach in Versilia.
The house is suitable both as a permanent residence and as a holiday home without any major obligations as far as the garden and the surroundings are concerned.
It is situated in a group of houses on the side of the main street, where you can shop in some small shops. It has 2 small paved front gardens, there is a parking space in front of the former garage which has been converted with permission and another belonging to the house on the road. The train tracks are close but the train only runs 3 a day and only to Lucca. The Massaciucoli is 1500m away.
The house has 3 floors -tavern. Living room with fireplace, next to it space for an open kitchen, laundry, storeroom. 1 bathroom.
Ground floor: entrance as living room, 1 room -former garage, used as lounge with exit to the rear garden part. Also with exit to the paved garden (approx. 5 x 5m with seating area and woodshed), kitchen with dining table.

In a small hamlet near Volterra with small shops and restaurants. From the garden side a special tuscan panorama until Volterra. The villa was restored ca. 10 years ago, has 5 bed rooms and 3 bath rooms with pool.
The villa is new, built few years ago for the reason of weekly rentals combinated with near agritourism working on the same. The villa has large garden, few sitting places and a swimmingpool. Around olives and vineyards. Marveless tuscan corner.
Isolated location between Seravezza and Stazzema in the first hills, licence for camping available. Big professional restaurant. Can be used also as private property for nature lovers.
Garfagnana is located in the north of Lucca in Tuscany. A green wooded landscape full of mountains and streams. The house has been renovated 2019 and is located a short distance from Pescaglia in a village without cars. Parking about 100m from the house.
