In the Lunigiana - northern Tuscany - about 3km from the town of Fivizzano we offer a very tidy house. In the village there are about 15 houses in total, 1 x a week a mobile grocer comes by, everything else then in Fivizzano or in Aulla, where you can find among others different supermarkets like Lidl like. In Aulla, 17km away, is the motorway exit.
The house was built 40 years ago and has been lived in and lovingly kept. There is a nice old wood stove in the kitchen, pellet stove downstairs and normal heating (instantaneous water heater -gas). Some voltaic panels.
The house is on the street with cemented driveway to the carport - next to it still turning area and a gazebo with many plants, vegetable garden and trees. The 2 level house is on a slope and has some work rooms downstairs - 2 garden/wine ect rooms, laundry room and others. The panorama of the Apuan Alps is breathtaking. To the house belongs not only the garden, but also a meadow which ends far below the house.

The house is suitable both as a holiday home, but also for permanent residence.
Isolated location between Seravezza and Stazzema in the first hills, licence for camping available. Big professional restaurant. Can be used also as private property for nature lovers.
Garfagnana is located in the north of Lucca in Tuscany. A green wooded landscape full of mountains and streams. The house has been renovated 2019 and is located a short distance from Pescaglia in a village without cars. Parking about 100m from the house.
