Except for the back wall, an old stone house was demolished and rebuilt. The works were finished in 2017. Access road of 250m and small bridge over the adjacent stream, as well as fortifying walls and insulation done. The house is surrounded by about 5 ha of forest, a pool ( 6 x 3m) next to the house and barbecue ( chlorine) built. As the house has only been used for a few months in summer, no heating has been installed yet - but all the radiators are already installed, you just need to hire a company to install a gas tank in the garden - everything else is already done.
The house is a typical Tuscan country house - elongated narrow. Starting on the left -
a shed with washing machine and water heater. 1 bedroom or living room, shower room, dining room, living room with dining table and kitchen. There is a wood-burning stove in both rooms.

Between the house and the back wall is a pleasant shady area, especially in summer, where you can park up to 3 cars.

Garfagnana is located in the north of Lucca in Tuscany. A green wooded landscape full of mountains and streams. The house has been renovated 2019 and is located a short distance from Pescaglia in a village without cars. Parking about 100m from the house.
