Whole 3ha of land belong to this property, which is situated in the Garfagnana - near Pescaglia and Borgo a Mozzano. The current owner has been working with the property as an agriturismo (rental) but it is not compulsory to take it over.
It consists of 3 stone houses - 1, on 2 floors, divided into upper flat approx. 60m2, downstairs with separate entrance a kind of lounge with kitchen and bathroom.
A little further another rustico (stone house) also on 2 floors with 2 flats .
About 100m further on there is a small separate rustico - currently still used as a "storage building", roughly renovated, floors ect. to be finished renovated (1 room with kitchenette downstairs, 1 bedroom with bathroom upstairs) permit application has to be submitted to the authorities.
