Area full of vineyards and olive landscapes. Away from an ancient hamlet, but only 45 minutes from the sea and 15 from a well-stocked small town with some restaurants, bars and a large supermarket. The property has a total of 8 flats in 2 properties which have been rented out to foreign tourists for many years. Children's playground, pizza oven and pool complete it. Each flat has its own sitting arbour, or pergola. WiFi, some flats have dishwasher, fully equipped. Reception with wine cellar.
